Terms of Service

User Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Salven service. By signing up, topping up, or using the Service, you confirm that you've read and accept them in full.

1. Parties and scope

Salven ("we", the "Service", salven.ai) provides you access to a platform for generating images, video, and other content using AI models.

This agreement takes effect the moment you register, sign in via Google/Telegram, or perform any action in the Service that requires an account.

2. Account

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information at sign-up and keep it current.
  • Not share access to your account with third parties and keep your password secret.
  • Notify us of suspicious activity on your account.

3. Credits and payment

The Service runs on a prepaid credit model. You top up your balance on the /credits page, and each model run debits the corresponding number of credits per the price displayed in the UI at the time of purchase.

Credits are an internal unit of the Service, do not constitute electronic money, and are not redeemable for cash. Refunds are governed by section 4.

4. Refunds

If a generation fails due to our fault or the model provider's, the credits are refunded automatically. You can request a cash refund of unused credits within 14 days of top-up, except when:

  • The credits have already been spent and the service rendered.
  • The payment shows signs of fraud or chargeback abuse.
  • The account has been suspended for violating section 7.

Refunds are issued to the same card as the original payment and processed within 10 business days.

5. Content and intellectual property

You retain all rights to the prompts, source images, and final generations you create on the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and deliver Your Content as required to operate the Service (R2 storage, CDN delivery, backups).

If you publish a generation to the Community (the isPublic flag), you additionally grant us the right to display it to other users and in Salven's marketing materials, with attribution to you. You can unpublish at any time from the gallery or settings.

6. Provider and model rights

The Service uses third-party AI models (OpenAI, fal.ai, and others). Their terms of use and restrictions apply to Your Content where relevant.

We do not guarantee uniqueness of generation results. AI models may produce similar outputs for different users.

7. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service to create, distribute, or attempt to create:

  • Sexually explicit content involving minors — any violation results in immediate suspension and a report to law enforcement.
  • Content inciting hatred, threats of violence, or terrorism.
  • Content that infringes the rights of third parties (photorealistic fakes of real people without consent, copyright infringement).
  • Content for disinformation, fraud, or phishing.
  • Spam, mass messaging, like inflation, API rate-limit circumvention.
  • Activity prohibited by applicable law.

Violation of section 7 is grounds for immediate account suspension without refund.

8. Service availability and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep it running but do not guarantee 100% uptime or any specific generation outcome. Brief interruptions for updates and maintenance are possible.

Our aggregate liability under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid the Service in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Term and termination

You may delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate the Service for violation of the rules, technical reasons, or as required by law. Unused credits are refunded per section 4.

10. Changes to this agreement

We may update these terms. Material changes are published here, and if we have your email we send 14 days' notice. The last-revision date is at the top.

If you disagree with the new version, stop using the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes that can't be resolved by correspondence will be settled under applicable law.
